What this notice covers.

Draw to Know Hub is the Google OAuth application used by the personal-use tool Draw to Know Analytics MCP Local. The Draw to Know owner runs this reader on their computer to analyse their Google Analytics property. This notice describes that tool’s access to Google Analytics data.

Data and permission.

The reader uses the official Google Analytics MCP server and Google APIs to retrieve account and property information and Analytics reports, such as landing pages, traffic sources, sessions and engagement. The results help the owner review the performance of Draw to Know.

The only requested Google OAuth permission is analytics.readonly, described by Google as “See and download your Google Analytics data.” This permission allows reading Analytics data; it does not allow changing the property or its settings.

Google applies this permission to Analytics resources the authorizing account can access, rather than restricting it to one property. This reader is configured to report on the drawtoknow.site property.

Where data goes.

OAuth credentials are stored in private files on the owner’s computer and are used to authenticate requests to Google. Reports can also be saved locally for comparison and review.

When the owner requests AI analysis, selected report results are supplied to the chosen AI client. That client handles the results under its own privacy terms and data controls. The owner controls which reports are requested and shared through that client.

Controlling access and local copies.

The owner can revoke the application’s access through Google Account connections and remove locally stored credentials and reports from their computer. Data already held in Google Analytics or an AI client is managed separately through those services’ controls.
